(Unlimited Classes and VIP Rewards)

If you are a new dancer and have not completed online registration, please arrive 15-30 mins early to fill out new dancer registration paperwork and membership contract.

 

Registration Fee:
Registration fee is $40 for a single dancer, $60 for a family, and $35 for returning students.

Monthly Unlimited Memberships
1.    This allows you to enjoy unlimited classes during the length of your membership!
2.    By purchasing a 3 Month or 6 Month Unlimited Membership you are agreeing to a monthly auto-charge to your credit card or debit card for a minimum of 3 or 6 months, renewing monthly until written notice is provided to Urban Dance Empire with a minimum of 30 days notices from your next draft date. Contract will continue month to month until 30 day notice is received.
3.    Unlimited memberships for Teen/Adult classes only.
4.    Unlimited classes are open and on-going unless major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. 
5.    You must check in at the front desk before entering a classroom and show your Unlimited Card. If unable to provide, a walk-in class must be purchased before taking class.
6.    To receive a professional rate, please provide ID and proof of employment. All professionals receive 50% off.
7.    Payments are excepted online or at front desk.
8.    If unlimited class card you may purchase a replacement for $2.00.
